Terms of Service (SMS)

These terms govern the SMS messaging service provided by Scalemill LLC ("Scalemill," "we," "our" or "us"). By agreeing to receive SMS messages from Scalemill, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS Program Description

Scalemill sends SMS messages to individuals who have scheduled a meeting with our team and explicitly agreed to receive text messages. Messages are limited to:

Meeting confirmations
Meeting links
Reminders before scheduled meetings

This program is not for promotional offers or unrelated marketing messages.

2. Consent and Opt-In

We obtain verbal consent during a phone call with a Sales Development Representative (SDR). After a meeting is booked, the SDR:

Explains that Scalemill will send the meeting link and a reminder before the meeting
Asks for explicit permission

We send messages only after you clearly agree. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We keep consent records for compliance purposes.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

You may receive a meeting link and a reminder for each meeting. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

4. HELP and STOP

Reply HELP to a Scalemill SMS for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you opt out, you will receive no further messages from this program, except one message confirming your request.

5. Message Delivery

Delivery depends on mobile carriers, network availability and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy and Contact

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy at www.scalemill.com/privacy-policy, which also lists our contact details.

7. Changes to Policy
